Corrections & feedback

Transit rules and airport facilities change often. If a guide looks outdated or you have first-hand experience that could improve it, let us know and we'll update it.

To help us act quickly, it's useful to include the page you're referring to, what's changed (a closed lounge, a new train line, a different transfer time), and roughly when you experienced it. First-hand reports from recent travellers are some of the most valuable input we get.

What we can and can't help with

We're glad to clarify how something in a guide works, point you to the right official source, or fix an error. We can't, however, give a definitive ruling on your personal visa eligibility, confirm live prices, or rebook flights — for those, your airline, booking provider, or the relevant official immigration authority is the right first stop. Our role is to help you understand the options and ask the right questions.
